These past 15 days were a pleasant surpirse! Up close the estate was even more impressive and increadibly welcoming. Each and every area had its own personal touch. Nothing was left at chance and at the same time, nothing was stylized. It exuded luxury and serenity, which makes an increadible combination with the breathtaking view. Every little thing, from the owners to the very last corner of the estate, exuded quality and authentic hospitality.

It was very nice! Our whole group together and separate whenever we wanted to. There where so many areas and lovely corners, all with ideal view, that I am already planning to come again next summer, with different company.

Amazing house, ideal view, advantageous point. That last pas is not easy to get by Internet. It's also up to chance. Very close to the port (almost 5 km) and also close to Vourkari (you can go on foot), the place with quality cosmic life, bars, night clubs etc. Whoever has teenage children, will understand.

I haven't relaxed and enjoyed my vacation in years. Tasteful house with authentic style without the typical island clickes or showing off that usually suffocates you in this kind of Villas. And of course, this increadible view that fills you with enough energy to last the winter.

Reaching Villa Litharia in Kea

The ferry to Kea departs from Lavrio port, a 25-minute drive from the Athens National Airport “Eleftherios Venizelos”.

This means that in less than 1:30 hour since your arrival in Greece, you can find yourself in Kea. An original Cyclades island, also making the most out of the journey through the unique Attica landscape.

From the port of Kea, you can reach “Villa Litharia” in 10 minutes, by following the route to Otzias.
